1. Do not use on face.

2. Scoop a generous amount of the scrub on damp skin.

3. Gently massage with hand in a circular motion for one or two minutes all over the body.

4. Rinse off with water and pat dry, follow up with a moisturizer.

5. During the day apply board spectrum sunscreen.

6. Use 1-2 times a week.
