Return Policy

We at Yuvat Skin want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

To be eligible for a return,

• the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• the products are damaged, over the expiry date or wrong shipment is being delivered only then the return/refund should be initiated.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

• No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we might take up to 48 hours to inspect. Once its cleared we shall process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
